I have a big birthday party 21, I'm really excited. I live in New York for me and about 30 of my friends to dinner in a restaurant, then back to some of the best clubs. I need to find a dress that is not slutty, but not formal. I am a size 18 and I'm quite lush. Halter styles are generally more efficient in me, but I dismissed nothing. It is short and flattering.
