Build Your Own Humanoidrapidshare Why Is It Uncommon In The USA To Build Your Own Home From Scratch?

Why is it uncommon in the USA to build your own home from scratch? - build your own humanoidrapidshare

Unlike some other countries, why is rare in the United States to build his own house from scratch on your terms? Why do Americans prefer a house built on the land, whether new or rehabbed building - not only for your own plane? Why is this so? I think so, because it can be more expensive to go through the architectural planning. Are you?

I know people who built there so it's probably not as rare as you think, but they also have strict codes and the people have no time

Well, one reason. Maby is not a property to move into the area you want to sell. So, I bought a house in the desired range.

I think it has more with the safety codes of the meeting, and others. There are too many idiots, which might cause more harm than good, so that the laws make it difficult for the average citizen to do. Only a well-prepared with many connections with the right people can today.

1. Few people have the capability to build a house actually.
2.Few people to supervise the construction, if a house. You have to go to the site every day, and you also need to know the building codes.
