You should call a vet and tell them. Function of age, sounds like a fatty tumor. Most dogs get when you earlier and you should be good, but sometimes she and her other tumors. call the vet for an appointment --
Without them, it seems that a small tumor has. My Shih Tzu was in her belly was small (and safe) during their lifetime. Keep an eye on it and consult your veterinarian.
