Here in Houston, an undercover guard was in a traffic accident without wearing seat belts and killed more than 3 times the legal limit ... and that the evidence until much later by autopsy. And the driver of the truck that was hit, an alien without papers (Mexican), which was immediately arrested and charged with manslaughter.
